I’m a freelance administrative assistant. I help clients manage their finances. I’m part-time freelance administrative assistant since I have a full-time job working on my own personal business.

This is a pretty silly reason to hire a freelancer, but I think it’s good for the soul. When you make a decision, you need to be clear about what you want and what you don’t want. Why do we need to hire someone so much? Because if we hire someone we can have no choice but to do exactly the same as we do with us, it will make us more interesting and it will make our life easier.
My co-worker is a freelancer because it keeps her on task and keeps her accountable. She is an excellent administrative assistant. She is not the same as a full-time employee because she still has personal time to work on her own projects. She works on her own projects because she’s passionate about what she does and she feels like she has a better idea of how to do it.

She isn’t a self-employed person because she isn’t a full-time employee with an office. She is a self-employed person who wants to take care of her own personal projects and doesn’t want to be a part of a corporate office.
I like being in her office. The office is a place of learning, sharing, and doing things that she loves to do. She loves it. And she likes to enjoy her time at her work and share her work with people. She is also a self-employed person who likes to try and get work done without worrying about her personal projects.
This is a lot of stuff to talk about in a self-aware role or a role of a professional that is supposed to do things for her. There are also a lot of things that she will want to do that will be the main focus of her work, including how to bring her work home.
You’re either doing something for the right reasons, or you’re not doing it at all. Ourself, we are self-aware, and we know what we want to do. Of course we also want to do what makes sense and is what we think will get the job done well. It’s up to us to try and figure out what our jobs are in order to make us happy and fulfilled.
