Graaceey is a company that helps people design spaces to help them feel comfortable. We were lucky enough to be invited to their office in San Francisco, just a short walk from our home in the city. Not only did they have a beautiful office, but the people who worked there were also very well-informed! One of their designers walked us through the art of the spaces she designed. The first time she showed us, we were blown away.
This was the first time we actually met someone from Graaceey, and we were impressed by how they had their staff in the office, how they had a way of keeping their employees on their side. Graaceey was founded by a woman who was actually in prison for a crime she didn’t commit, and they were in the process of trying to fix that. It was a refreshing and inspiring opportunity to learn some really important stuff about how we can live with ourselves as we age.
In our conversation with Graaceey CEO, we learned that Graaceey’s mission is to “take care of those in need,” and the first thing that she’s doing is giving them access to her private jet, which was recently bought by a man who is not her husband. We were also shown how Graaceey’s staff are allowed to drink in the office, and they actually got a drink in the office in front of us, which is almost like a perk.
