In the case of renovation logos, I think its the exact same idea. We all have to prove ourselves to the world. We have to set out and prove that we are who we say we are, that we are worthy of being called a designer. The renovation logo is a way to do that. I think it comes down to one simple thing: design, and what else can you do to stand out from the crowd.
The renovation logo is something I was planning on doing for a couple of years now. I have a couple of designs in my head that I thought were pretty damn good. Then I get a new job and I have to start all over. I start with the same logo and then I change it. It’s the same thing, right? It’s the same idea, but I’m doing things in a totally different way.

I think its too busy because it puts too much emphasis on the word “reconstruction.” To me, “reconstruction” is the word that sounds cool but is also the word that I feel is too busy.
I think its too busy because in my mind, its reconstruction is like a very modern, trendy, minimalist style. It’s more than just a logo, its a style. I think its too busy because it’s too busy and I think its too busy because I don’t feel like its reconstruction.
What I don’t get is why it is that a renovation company would want to be called a “renovator” when they have no intention of renovating anything. In my opinion, its a nice name, but its just a name. Its like calling yourself a designer when you’re not.
As I said in the article on the new logo, what makes this logo more than a logo is that it is a stylistic choice. It is certainly a stylistic choice. It is not a reconstruction, it is not a style. It is neither.
