For all the reasons that the teacher/student debate is important, I believe science teaching has to be taught in a way that honors each student’s innate talents. The way I teach science in my classroom is to give students the opportunity to shine, and to use a variety of methods that allow them to develop their own unique interests and strengths. While science is a collaborative endeavor, it requires the kind of mentoring that gives each student a voice in the process.
Science is a collaborative endeavor, and that’s what makes it so exciting. With each student working to do his best, I can get the most out of each class by giving each student a voice. The biggest challenge in science is for me is to not get too wrapped up with the process, because I have a very strong opinion about it and I want to make sure that it is respected.
Even though science is a collaborative endeavor, I still have to work with other people. One of the things I love about science is that once the research is done the students have to share what they’ve learned with the class. Although they have to communicate their ideas early on, they also have to share these findings with the class. This is where my love of the class comes from. Science is about learning, and learning is about sharing.
The first couple of years I worked with a group of students at a small city on the island, and I had to do this in a way I didn’t have to do in school. I had to do it in a way that was pretty much like a private school. I was not supposed to tell them I was doing it, but I did. I was supposed to play a game about how to get to the top of the map, and I was supposed to do it.
This is a form of teaching, but it’s more than just that. Instead of just being told what to do, you have to participate, and you have to do it. There are a lot of different types of tutoring, and the same with different types of classes. They do not have to be the same thing. They do not have to have the same goals. They do not have to be the same person.
You get to have an opinion about what happens, and you can use that as a learning tool. It means you have to practice, you have to get smarter, you have to figure out the best way to do things. That is a form of education. Science is about the same thing, but it is a very different thing.
